'Bird's Eye View', situated on one of the highest elevations on the Northern Outer Banks, offers truly inspirational views of the sun rising over the Atlantic Ocean, unbelievable sunsets over the Currituck Sound, and fabulous views of the Rees Jones designed golf course. The gated community provides tranquil privacy for our guests.
Beach access is a breeze. The trolley stops right in front of the house for an easy summertime ride to the beach, where you will find valet service, rental station and a snack shack.
The first floor boasts a TV/theater room with a 54" plasma TV/home theater, surround sound systm, ipod docking station,CD/DVD player and wet bar. There is one bunk room with two twin over full bunks and one "teen" room with two queen beds. These rooms each have a TV and share a full bath. The kids of all ages will spend time in the garage converted to a game room featuring a pool table, bumper pool, ping pong, poker set and a great seating area for games.
Step outside the theater room to your own private 14' x 32' swimming pool and hot tub. A charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and fish cleaning station are located on the first level.
The second floor has four bedrooms, two master (king) bedrooms with private baths and two queen bedrooms which share a hall bath. Deck enty is available from all but one room. Each bedroom has incredible views of either the ocean or sound and have wall mounted TVs. The laundy is located on the second floor for your convenience. Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day (Sunday).
Th main living area is located on the third floor and is surrounded by incredible decks offering panoramic views of the island. A gourmet kitchen has all new appliances and housewares and a walk in pantry. A brand new Weber Q300 gas grill is easily accessible on the third floor deck. There is ample seating for both dining and relaxing. Enjoy the TV seating, cozy fireplace seating, or catch the incredile sunsets from the ship's watch. A second home theater with surround sound and ipod docking station makes entertaining a breeze. Games, books, fax/printer/scanner, wireless internet, high chair, pack-n-play, and port-a-crib are all provided to ensure your comfort.
